Following on nicely from my post yesterday about The Independents ridicuous "Green manifesto" comes the news that the EU is failing miserably to meet it's own emissions targets.
The only countries that are on target for reductions are Britain and Sweden.
This comes as no surprise as the EU is all talk - and it's supporters, including The Grauniad and Independent, are equally full of bluster and bullshit
The posturing and moralising of the Kyoto supporting EU compares starkly to the pragmatism and rectitude of the US - who haven't signed up to Kyoto but have had far more success in reducing emissions.
