A few weeks ago I was saying how pleased I was that Miliband (left) had decided not to stand for the position of Labour leader - and therefore Prime Minister as I was concerned how this would look on the international stage seeing how we had just suffered the humiliation of a "Mr Bean" in the Royal Navy.
So finding out that Brown has appointed Mr Bean (below) as Foreign Secretary comes as a huge disappointment.
