Next time some liberal progressive tells you how great Britain is these days, remind them of this.

Nine schoolboys are facing years behind bars for a 'punishment' gang-rape on a 14-year-old girl who had 'disrespected' the gang's leader.

Rape is nothing new in this country, but the gang-rape of schoolgirls by schoolboys is something which is increasingly common. The report in the Mail doesn't actually tell us much about those involved in this disgusting attack other than their ages, but as they were all members of a gang called the "Kingshold Boys" I'll leave you to draw your own conclusions.

Judge Joseph ordered pre-sentence reports, adding: 'They are very young - I want to know what's been going on in their backgrounds.'

I'll give you a hint, Judge Joseph - they've been brought up in a post-modern, liberal progressive country where the rule of law has broken down entirely to be replaced by the rule of the mob. As long as kids like this poor young girl are more worried about the "punishment" their peers will hand down to them than the thugs are of what the law will do to them then things will only get worse.

We need three things to happen.

First a return to a common moral baseline - Christian morality. This isn't a call for everyone to become Christian - just a reminder that the morality of Christianity was once the accepted norm before the liberal progressives washed it away in the cult of "if it feels good, do it". This has created a land where everyone has their own moral code rather than sharing a common moral code. This is the single biggest cause of societal breakdown.

Secondly, a penal system which is first and foremost designed to punish offenders which includes naming the offenders regardless of their age. Rehabilitation should be the last consideration of the penal system.

Thirdly, a police force which is freed from the constraints of political correctness and the bureaucracy that ties it up in red tape.
